God created each of us uniquely. We have unique gifts, abilities, strengths and weaknesses. A part of our growth as followers of Jesus is not only God-discovery but self-discovery. A part of self-discovery is becoming familiar with the strengths and gifts God has given to you. We will use the tool of the StrengthsFinder to explore how we can maximize our ability to live authentically with the abilities God has given us. Our hope is that when use our gifts and strengths, Christ's Kingdom can come in and through our life.

EXERCISE #1. Strengths and your LifeStory
Reconsider your LifeStory through the lens of your Strengths. As you consider your past, consider these questions.- When did these strengths emerge?
- Who encouraged them in your life?
- How have you seen God use these strengths to serve others?
- How have you used your strengths to serve yourself in ways that are not healthy?
